California Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) Population Reports

you could try this out The California Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) is a multi-year project initiated by the [former] California Department of Mental Health (now the California Department of Public Health's Office of Health Equity). The CRDP project invested over $3 million of Mental Health Services Act funding to identify community-defined solutions and practices for racial, ethnic, and cultural populations. Five populations were identified and five Strategic Planning Workgroups were formed to work with community members and community leaders to identify the most effective practices for these populations: Latino, African American, Native American, Asian/Pacific Islander, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning (LGBTQ).
